Foster Care For Texas families, Buckner works with its facilities throughout the State of Texas to provide support services to foster parents to help promote a strong, nurturing family environment for foster children. Buckner foster families can participate in a Foster-to-Adopt program. Buckner Foster Care Program provides family care for abused or neglected children and teenagers, specialized therapeutic homes for child abuse victims suffering from emotional and behavioral problems, and temporary care for children and teens whose parents are suffering serious health or financial difficulties.
