• Life Lessons and Conflict Resolutions programs (8 week courses)
• Mentorship program (for all youth in need)
• Got it Going On (self esteem class for adolescent females 13 to 18)
• Creative Arts program (drum & keyboard lessons, on-site recording studio skills training)
• Shoot for the Stars (goal setting and action planning for life program)
• Spiritual Enrichment classes (Bible studies and church services for those interested)

• 80 children participated in a Summer Bible Camp sponsored by Concord Baptist Church.

• 47 youth spent 4 days in Mt. Lebanon in a youth camp.

• 180 senior adults participated in programs aimed at improving their quality of life:

• Club 55 Program (health education, nutritional cooking classes, enrichment activities)
• Blood pressure screenings, eye exams, Medicare education and assistance

• 156 women participate in programs aimed at supporting their roles as mother/wife/independent women:

• Parenting Classes and Domestic Violence Counseling
• Budgeting and Personal Finance classes

| • 123 adults participated in Job Skills & Technology Training and Employment Assistance programs. |
| • 70 children were cared for in childcare programs during adult classes. |
| • 2,925 people were served through the Client Assistance program: |

• Emergency provisions of food, clothing, furniture, and financial needs
• Assistance with personal paper work, fax, copies, phone, internet services etc. |
| • 2011 youth and adults participated in community events aimed at increasing good citizenship. |
| • 428 youth and adults received counseling services through a collaborative effort with the Family Place. |
| • 200 Hurricane Katrina victims received financial assistance in the form of rent deposits, clothing, food, toiletries, transportation, and emotional support. A Dallas orientation class was also provided. |
| • 500 people attended the Thanksgiving special event and received a free Thanksgiving dinner. |
| • 695 people attended the Christmas special event which included a free dinner and live entertainment: |

• 425 children and 26 senior adults received presents through this special event
• 50 families were “adopted” by community members for Christmas
• 6 families received an “extreme home makeover” worth over $1,000 each
• 75 families received complete Christmas dinner-in-a-box |
