ICM: Intensive Case Management

Description:
• ICM services are provided for current and former children in state care youth ages 16-21.
• Target youth are seniors in high school and youth emancipating from the foster care system.
• The goal of ICM is to provide training, support, and guidance to youth emancipating from foster care that will enhance their ability to successfully transition into independent living.

Bus Fare

Obtaining birth certificates
Obtaining Social Security cards
Emergency transportation
Finding a job
Finding housing
Community resources
