Through Buckner Children and Family Services, we offer love and hope while meeting the basic needs of each child and family. Many children have been rejected by people they love and trust. Some have been abandoned. Others have run away and are looking for love and acceptance. One by one, Buckner ministers by reaching out to the child’s family when possible. But when placement outside the home is needed, we provide counseling and services to help each family through the crisis. And for those children who require specialized, professional treatment for emotional and behavioral problems, we provide the best care possible.
Our goal at Buckner Children and Family Services is reuniting children with their families. However, if that is not an option, we are committed to helping each child become independent. For many families, the key to staying together is assistance with basic needs. We believe prevention and intervention can help families avoid the pain of separation.
